Diffusion
This cute little game is about Cellular Communication...as in living cells and molecules. It's a collaboration between myself and the amazing Melanie Stegman, PhD, Biochemist and Creative Director of Molecular Jig Games
This is a prototype. I'm currently working on the 'real' game.
About the Game:
The infectious cell releases molecules, which diffuse through all the other molecules in extracellular space. When a molecule from the infectious cell gets close to a receptor on the Immune cell, the Immune cell moves in the direction of that receptor. Our goal is to get molecules into the receptors pointing closer to the infectious cell. Eventually, if time doesn't run out, the Immune cell reaches the infectious cell and destroys it.
To play, drag the infectious cell's molecules to the receptors on the Immune Cell.
I've been wanting to come back to this game for years, as I had to stop working on it when I ran out of money.

Support This Game and Get a Generative Art Sticker
As a generative artist, I create a lot of art with particle systems inspired by chemistry and physics.
Since this game is based on Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, I'm offering some of my generative art stickers as rewards for supporters of this game.
Please indicate if you'd prefer the squares or circles, and be sure to enter your mailing address so that I can one to you.
